We are currently on a short January hiatus, but our Spring 2012 newsletter is making its way to a congregation near you shortly! This past fall we worked with Hasting College’s Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Committee for the Broken Bread Poverty Meal and we met frequently for The Gathering.

This spring we are participating in the Pillars of Fire retreat and the Amazing (G)Race with the other NeLCM sites as well as hosting our very own Festival of Crosses. If you’re an aspiring artist, please stay tuned for registration forms! This year’s Festival will be held on March 31, 2012 from 9-11 am. All proceeds from this art contest and auction will go to support the ministry we are doing here in Hastings!

This semester is Jenny’s last, so we are sure to be going through a period of transition this spring and fall, please keep us in your prayers and thoughts!
